AlertsUSA serves a wide array of federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement and security professionals, members of the armed services, business travelers, and a multitude of average Americans. We know your time and work are important. If you are experiencing an issue with receipt of alert messages or some other aspect of our service, in most instances we can resolve problems within minutes. Give us a chance to make things right.

We ask that you start by contacting us via email at service@alertsusa.com. Please reference your name, mobile device number, and email address. You can also reach out by sending an SMS message to the 10-digit long code (10-DLC) from which you normally receive alert messages.

what is the billing process?

When you sign up for an AlertsUSA Premium (annual) subscription, you are billed once for a full YEAR of the service. We DO NOT offer recurring billing on annual service plans. Most people forget over a year, and we choose not to take advantage of this fact. Rest assured, we will keep you informed via email and SMS messages as your renewal date draws near.

When you sign up an AlertsUSA Pro (monthly recurring) subscription, you are charged for one MONTH of the AlertsUSA service, then automatically every calendar month thereafter until you decide to cancel.
